What we collect
When you express interest in LE SUNDAY, we collect your first name, email address and, if you choose to provide it, your Instagram handle. We also record whether you asked us to contact you once about a future experience.
Why we collect it
We use this information to measure genuine interest in LE SUNDAY, avoid duplicate responses and, only when you request it, contact you once when a future LE SUNDAY experience is ready. We do not use this list for ongoing marketing.
How we protect and share it
We limit access to the people and service providers needed to operate this site and store submissions. We do not sell your information. Our technology providers may process or store it outside Québec, subject to the safeguards that apply to their services.
How long we keep it
We keep interest submissions only while they are needed to evaluate the project or fulfill a requested one-time contact. We then securely delete or anonymize them, unless the law requires a longer retention period.
Your choices
You may withdraw your one-time contact request or ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. Withdrawing a request does not affect how your information was handled before your withdrawal.
